What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide in the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, piano details, and message content.

We also record whether you accepted the privacy notice and whether you opted in to occasional follow-up updates.

Each enquiry form ends with a final GDPR consent step before the full submission is sent through to the portal.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the requested service or visit.
• To keep a record of the conversation and any consent attached to it.
• To send occasional follow-up updates only if you opted in.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained only for as long as needed to respond, provide service, maintain reasonable business records, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and optional analytics

Optional analytics stay off until you select Accept analytics. If you accept, our Ingenium tracker uses browser storage for visitor and session identifiers to help us understand website usage. We remember your choice in this browser using local storage.

Use the Privacy settings button at any time to change your choice. Rejecting optional analytics removes the tracker identifiers from this browser and stops further analytics collection. Previously submitted data is not erased by changing this setting. Enquiry forms work whether you accept or reject analytics.

The Google map only loads when you select Load Google Map. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may use cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your details where applicable. To make a privacy request, contact info@hollandpianos.ie and include enough detail for us to identify your enquiry.
